  3. Cracked floors/walls – The inspector will look for cracked floors and walls throughout the home and look for shifting.
  4. Roof leaks – The inspector will look for leaks excessive amounts of moisture in the structure.
  5. Musty smell or bugs in the basement – The inspector will look for bugs and musty smells, if the inspector indicates that there it is is present it my indicate moisture and foundation damage.

Our inspector will create a detailed and thorough report of their findings along with pictures to better to show their findings. The report will be available to the customer in 24 hours after the inspection.
